MEW?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As you know, MyEtherWallet (MEW) supports ETH and ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum, and it also supports tokens on additional networks such as Polygon and BNB Smart Chain. Some of these tokens MEW includes in its permanent default list, which means tokens&#8217; balances show up automatically on the side of the interface. <br>However, many thousands of tokens are not included, so users have to add them manually as custom tokens. Custom tokens are only saved locally, so if a user clears the cache, tokens disappear and need to be re-added. <br>However, if you add your token as a default asset via Github, then MEW puts it in the permanent default list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, after adding your token to the permanent list, the MEW wallet app starts uploading a token logo from its database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, expand your token by launching on blockchains such as the <strong>Ethereum protocol<\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tokpie.io\/blog\/list-ton-token\/\">TON system<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tokpie.io\/blog\/list-trc20-token-cmc-coingecko-tokpie-tron-integration\/\">Tron platform<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tokpie.io\/blog\/exploring-solana-sol-ultimate-guide\/\">Solana blockchain<\/a><\/strong>. Then, follow the six simple steps to add your ERC20 token to the Permanent default list on the MEW wallet. But before you start, <a href=\"https:\/\/tokpie.io\/blog\/how-to-add-token-to-mew-permanent-default-token-list\/#How_to_check_Permanent_Default_Tokens_on_MEW\">check your token<\/a>. It might already be in the default token list on MEW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, it\u2019s important to note that MEW now supports adding Polygon and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) tokens to its lists as well. Just make sure you submit your token under the correct network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-1-sign-in-github\">Step 1. Sign in Github <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Log in to GitHub and go to that <a aria-label=\"page (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/MyEtherWallet\/ethereum-lists\/tree\/master\/src\/tokens\/eth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-2-create-a-new-file\">Step 2. Go to your token page on Etherscan. Now, MEW will review and pull it in.
